- Multi-Angle Ball Sorter (Itoh Denki MABS) — 30°, 45° and 90° divert angles for mid-sized parcels.
- Single- and Double-Line Diverter (Flowsort) — compact high-speed sortation for mixed parcel types.

Three proven system configurations
Parcel Sorting Loop with integrated DWS
Single-loop architecture with 13 infeeds and 13 outfeeds, DWS captured in flow, one Siemens PLC and one HMI diagnostic surface. Parcel dimensioning, weighing and scanning happen inside the loop, not as a separate gate.
Logisoft ZigZag Sorter
Modular sorting for small parcels up to 5 kg — without any separate diverter modules. Barcode reading from top, with optional weight and volumetry via integrated DWS station. Throughput approximately 3,300–3,500 parcels per hour. Ideal for e-commerce small-parcel lines and last-mile depots.
Multi-Line High-Speed Sorting Loop
Two parallel sorting lines combined with a buffer line into one loop, with 5-side barcode reading. Throughput of 5,000+ parcels per hour for parcels from 250g to 40kg, configurable with 50 or 100 exits. Two operational modes on one system — run as two lines with 50 exits, or switch to one line with 100 exits. If one line stops for any reason, the other continues operating.
